Project Aware
Empowering Parents, Strengthening Families
Parenting comes with challenges, and for families raising a child with a disability, the pressures can be even greater. Research shows that children with disabilities are at a higher risk of neglect and abuse, making parent education and support essential.
That’s why UCP of Mobile, in partnership with the Children’s Trust Fund of Alabama, offers Project Aware—a multi-faceted program designed to help parents develop the skills and support systems they need to navigate the journey of parenthood with confidence.
