Matthew, who has autism, is just one of the adults who has benefited from our supported employment program, where we work to find adults with disabilities find and maintain competitive employment. Matthew was hired at Zaxby's in November 2023 as a Lobby Attendant and, since then, has been promoted to Lobby Manager. 🥳
