UCP National Celebrating 75th Anniversary
This year, UCP National is celebrating its 75th anniversary! Founded in 1949, by Leonard and Isabelle Goldenson, UCP was created to to improve the quality of life for their children with cerebral palsy and for others like them.
Since then UCP has grown into 55 affiliates across the United States and Canada providing direct services to the disability community.
Many things have improved for the disability community since UCP's founding, but there is still a ways to go. After 75 years UCP is still committed to providing support and services to the disability community so that they may live a life without limits.
